Step 6: Click on the'start button. Click on 'search'. Look for 'All Files and Folders'. In the search box you can type in Webroot and select all the options other than the one that is "case sensitive". After the search is completed then delete the folders discovered.

Step 7: Follow the same steps again with the exception of typing "Symantec" instead'. Removing folders should they show up.

Step 8: Start by clicking'start and then select the option 'Run'. You can also use the button on your keyboard, which is similar to Windows and the "R" key simultaneously.

Step 12: Restart your computer and open the "Regedit" tool once more. Now find and click on '+' which is next to 'HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE'. Find and click the '+' icon on the words 'Windows', 'Software' Microsoft', 'Windows' and the current Version'.

Step 13: Choose the Run folder, and erase every folder or file inside 'Symantec' and Webroot'.
